College Representative Visits
We welcome college and university representatives to visit our campus and connect with our students. These visits provide valuable opportunities for students to learn about post-secondary options and engage directly with admissions professionals.
Scheduling Your Visit
All college representative visits must be scheduled through our MaiaLearning portal, which serves as our comprehensive college counseling platform. This system allows us to coordinate visits efficiently and ensure maximum student participation.
How to Book Your Visit:
- Access our MaiaLearning portal
- Create a representative account or log in to your existing account
- Select available dates and times that work with our academic schedule
- Provide visit details including presentation format, target audience, and any special requirements

Visit Information:
- Visits are typically scheduled during morning(09:25-09:55) or lunch breaks (12:55-01:35)
- Standard visit duration is 30-45 minutes
- We can accommodate both general information sessions and specific program presentations.
- Audio/visual equipment and presentation space will be provided
- Students will be notified of your visit through our college counseling communications

The address is The American School of Doha, Al Bustan Street / E Ring Road, Al Waab / Al Soudan District, SW Quadrant Doha, Qatar.
Please enter the campus through Gate 8, the security gate that is closest to Ahmed Bin Taymiya Street. You need to have your passport to obtain a visitor pass for the campus i.e. Passport. Once you have passed through security and obtained your visitor pass, please check in with the front office staff of the High School Office.
